Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
