Technical Project Manager - droneshield

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices within development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
