Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement and manage agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and team performance.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
- Proficiency in agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
