About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large‑scale Data, Analytics, and AI projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Oversee data architecture, engineering, and AI model development, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with data governance.
- Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control to maintain project health and stakeholder confidence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management within Data, Analytics, or AI domains.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
