Key Responsibilities
- Manage controls and automation project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and lead engineering teams specializing in PLC, SCADA, and robotic integration.
- Ensure technical feasibility and identify potential issues early in the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate technical discussions with internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-track delivery of all project milestones.
- Oversee the integration of complex automation systems within advanced manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in controls or automation engineering, transitioning into project leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC logic, SCADA architecture, and robotic integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing or energy sectors is a plus.
