About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices within project teams.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical project management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
