Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, focusing on digital hardware, content management systems, and signage solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of projects that enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Experience managing technology-focused projects, ideally in digital signage or customer experience solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
