Technical Project Manager - Charge Robotics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, focusing on robotics for solar farm construction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the project management framework.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in hardware or robotics.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or construction industries is a plus.
