About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain project artifacts in Jira.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including developers, QA, UX, and cloud engineers—to align on priorities and resolve blockers.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing status reports, risk assessments, and escalation paths.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software projects in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to perform business analysis, create functional specifications, and drive technical implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and experience delivering cloud‑native solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira (or similar) for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and reporting.
