Technical Project Manager who drives complex CRM initiatives, leads cross‑functional agile teams, and ensures seamless integration of data, APIs, and cloud services to deliver measurable customer‑engagement outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale CRM programs, coordinating development, integration, and deployment activities.
- Manage agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming using Jira to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee data migration, SQL queries, and API integrations to ensure data integrity and seamless system connectivity.
- Monitor project health, track KPIs, and produce status reports for senior leadership, proactively addressing risks and issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in CRM or customer‑engagement platforms.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in SQL, API design, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of aligning technical teams with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
