Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end technology projects, driving scope, schedule, budget, and vendor coordination while ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation using Agile Scrum practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to meet quality and performance standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to upper management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in software or IT environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
