About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team rhythm.
- Manage backlog hygiene, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.
- Plan and execute phased delivery strategies for release readiness.
- Oversee Blue/Green deployments, canary releases, and feature flagging.
- Track delivery progress and identify/mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a back-end focus.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerized microservices.
- Experience with API ecosystems and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
