About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project scope and objectives.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies (Scrum) to optimize team performance and project workflows.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile development principles and practices, particularly Scrum.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
