About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for technical initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlog with product owners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through status reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in technical environments.
- Proven track record using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with risk management and budgeting.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus.
