Technical Project Manager & Full-Stack Developer - Contractor - 8000 - CLARIST RESOURCES PTE. LTD.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile professional to join as a Technical Project Manager & Full-Stack Developer / Support Specialist. This hybrid role requires balancing project governance, hands-on web development, and application support. The successful candidate will manage IT project lifecycles, develop scalable applications, and ensure production systems remain stable through L2/L3 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management (40%): Lead IT projects with vendors, facilitate Agile processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Web Development (20%): Architect and maintain frontend components, develop backend services and APIs, and implement workflow automation.
• Application Support (40%): Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot application issues, and perform root-cause analysis with hotfix deployment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Expertise in Astro.js, React.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask across strategic planning, coding, and troubleshooting.
• This is a strict contractor engagement role .
