Software Engineer
Lead the transition of tire‑intelligence algorithms and software from advanced development to production, managing cross‑functional teams, OEM partners, and delivery schedules while ensuring technical quality and compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of algorithmic and software products from prototype to production within the Tire Intelligence department.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams of systems engineers, developers, and validation specialists to meet schedule, cost, and performance targets.
- Serve as the primary liaison with OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers, managing requirements, change control, and integration testing.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reporting dashboards for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and tire industry standards, safety regulations, and quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience as a Systems or Electrical Engineer in automotive, mobility, or tire sectors.
- At least 5 years of proven software product implementation experience, including direct project management with OEM or Tier‑1 partners.
- Strong technical background in algorithm development and software integration, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
