Software Engineer
Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in a regulated iGaming environment, driving delivery of DevOps, game features, backend/frontend, and QA initiatives on schedule and within compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for four interconnected disciplines: DevOps, Game Supported Features, Backend/Frontend Development, and QA.
- Coordinate multi‑team efforts, ensuring alignment with roadmap commitments and regulatory requirements.
- Implement Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and provide transparent status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑team engineering projects in a regulated industry.
- Strong technical background in DevOps, backend/frontend development, and QA processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable plans for non‑technical audiences.
