About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle for technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, QA, design, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Track project metrics, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget using Agile Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global team environment.
