Compa Industries is seeking qualified candidates for a Technical Project Manager 2 position supporting Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in Los Alamos, NM.

Applicants must meet all requirements below or will not be considered:

* Active DOE Q Clearance * Direct experience managing project or construction activities in a DOE, NNSA, NRC, or comparable Hazard Category 2 nuclear facility * Experience working under strict nuclear security, classification, and controlled-information requirements * Experience supporting demolition and decontamination, construction, testing, commissioning, or turnover activities * Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite at TA-55

Candidates without an active Q Clearance or direct nuclear-facility project and construction experience will not be considered.

## Impact

The Technical Project Manager 2 plays a critical role in delivering mission-essential construction and facility modernization projects within a DOE Hazard Category 2 nuclear facility.

You will manage technical construction scope from planning through field execution, testing, turnover, and closeout while coordinating closely with construction, operations, engineering, project controls, safety, security, quality, and facility support organizations.

This position supports the 30B, 30R, PEI2, and MIE Non-Diamond project scopes within the ALDPI / PI-PROJ / LIP / Late Installs organization.
