About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed site inspections and technical feasibility studies to validate design concepts.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and specifications for civil, structural, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including design, procurement, and construction—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project schedules, track milestones, and manage resources to meet delivery timelines and budget targets.
- Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance on‑site, conducting risk assessments and corrective actions.
- Generate progress reports, technical documentation, and as‑built records for stakeholder review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in technical project engineering, site surveying, and design coordination.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality compliance.
