Program Manager
Seeking a Technical Project and Program Manager to oversee complex projects within semiconductor manufacturing. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and a deep understanding of technical processes to drive successful product development and delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects and programs from initiation to completion within the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring clear communication and alignment across engineering, operations, and other departments.
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and adaptability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track project progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project and program management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive results.
