About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
- Track program progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Programs Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
