Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex technical programmes from initiation to completion.
- Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage programme plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues.
- Communicate programme status, progress, and key decisions to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager or in a similar senior project/programme management role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical architecture.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
