About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define programme scope, objectives, and success metrics for multi‑disciplinary chemistry‑biology projects.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement across engineering, research, and QA teams.
- Coordinate with scientific leads to translate experimental requirements into technical deliverables.
- Track progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery velocity and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of programme or project management experience in a technical or scientific environment.
- Strong understanding of chemistry or biochemistry concepts and their application to product development.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory processes in a regulated industry is a plus.
