Technical Program Specialist - draftkings

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program or project management.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and project reports.
