Technical Program Manager - Zone 5 Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute program plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Track program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate program status and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in aerospace or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
