Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, focusing on AI software development.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Track program progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
