About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of vehicle connectivity and mobility initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product roadmaps.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, product, data science, and external partners to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Apply Agile practices to manage program backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, data‑driven reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in automotive or connected‑vehicle domains.
- Strong understanding of vehicle connectivity architectures (CAN, Ethernet, 5G, OTA) and related data flows.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team programs using Agile frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP/Agile certification a plus.
