- Lead and manage complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and IBM's strategic goals.
- Drive the implementation of hybrid cloud and AI solutions, leveraging IBM technology and Red Hat.
- Foster strong client relationships through close collaboration and effective communication.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
- Champion innovation and encourage the exploration of new ideas within the project team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within consulting.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
