Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs for tools and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in program management and software development processes.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for tools and infrastructure development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools is a plus.
