Technical Program Manager Temporary - greenlight

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Track program progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
