About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of spacecraft development programs, from concept through launch and operations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing, and integration teams to meet technical and schedule milestones.
- Implement risk management processes, identify mitigation strategies, and maintain program health metrics.
- Drive Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to accelerate delivery.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace or space systems engineering with a strong technical foundation.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Expertise in risk assessment, schedule development, and budget control.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and program management tools.
