Seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the roadmap for a Base Platform team. This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering leads to define sequencing, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to define and execute the team's technical roadmap.
- Drive the sequencing of work, ensuring efficient planning and execution of projects.
- Proactively identify and surface risks and dependencies across teams.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of platform features.
- Contribute to process improvements within the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in risk management and dependency tracking.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.
- Experience in driving technical roadmaps and ensuring clear execution plans.
