Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex software development programs within the space technology domain.
- Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize team performance and project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineers.
- Manage program risks, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery of critical capabilities.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role within software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC best practices.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
