- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of software tools for data tasking, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Manage software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with defense and intelligence community stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
- Apply strong technical acumen to guide software development efforts and resolve technical challenges.
- Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program or project management within software development.
- Hands-on experience working with defense or intelligence community stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with P clearance.
