Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for complex software, controls, and science programs.
- Translate ambiguous strategic goals into actionable milestones and detailed project plans.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure coordinated and successful delivery.
- Lead and influence multiple software and engineering teams to achieve program objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of new automation technologies to fulfillment sites on a quarterly cadence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to program success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, particularly with software development and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and drive clarity in ambiguous technical environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
