Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of small drone programs, from concept to deployment.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and program milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
