About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program lifecycle for silicon chip development, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with product strategy and market needs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including design, verification, manufacturing, and supply chain—to deliver milestones on time and within scope.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiating scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Track and report program health, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership, driving corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of program processes, tooling, and metrics to increase efficiency and predictability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience in high‑tech or consumer electronics, with a proven track record in silicon or embedded systems.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience executing technical programs with external partners and vendors.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
