In this role, you will:
Manage and scale logistics service operations and distribution of materials nationwide, laying the groundwork for continued expansion in subsequent years.
Partner closely with inbound and outbound transportation to resolve daily logistical roadblocks and help drive long-term supply chain and transportation strategies.
Drive programs cross-functionally with fleet and base operations, materials planning, engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all sites.
Spearhead new city launches by driving new infrastructure planning, facility buildouts, and operational readiness from concept to execution.
Establish critical service center performance metrics to monitor material availability, fleet readiness, and logistics performance, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
Define and manage processes and operating procedures to ensure all teams clearly understand deliverables, timelines, and risks, enabling clear communication across regional sites.
Define program scope, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria aligned to business goals
Travel up to 40% within the United States to oversee new city launches, manage infrastructure initiatives, and directly support regional service operations. When not traveling, this role requires onsite presence across Bay Area facilities to support day-to-day operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related field.
6+ years of TPM, logistics, fleet operations, or service center experience in high-scale, fast-paced industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, mobility, or complex logistics).
