Key Responsibilities
- Drive security engineering programs across various Match Group brands.
- Collaborate with teams on Product Security, Enterprise Security, and Security Operations.
- Manage initiatives related to AppSec, InfraSec, Red Team, Platform Security, InfoSec, GRC, and Vendor Security.
- Oversee Incident Response, Data Security, Digital Investigations, and AI/ML Security efforts.
- Ensure unified security services are implemented effectively across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management within a security engineering context.
- Strong understanding of security domains including AppSec, InfraSec, and Incident Response.
- Experience with cloud security principles and practices.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional security initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
