Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs for an unannounced mobile game.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery using agile methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and products.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus.
