About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering directors, platform leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to define program scope and objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, proactively surfacing blockers.
- Facilitate communication and ensure clear understanding of program status, progress, and challenges.
- Drive the execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage complex programs spanning multiple teams and disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
