- Streamline the integration of the full safety stack and various safety research/mitigations into ChatGPT and our API.
- Drive the safe deployment of new models by synthesizing inputs from diverse stakeholders.
- Ensure effective monitoring, mitigation, and resolution of all identified risks.
- Track safety engineering progress and manage risk tables.
- Oversee critical data infrastructure programs.
- Act as a key liaison between research, product, engineering, legal, and policy teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, particularly in safety-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
