About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for robotics projects, coordinating engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Design and maintain technical dashboards that track data quality, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Lead hardware‑software integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability across diverse hardware ecosystems.
- Implement metric‑driven optimization strategies to improve product reliability and reduce time‑to‑market.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross‑team communication to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in robotics or hardware‑software domains.
- Proven track record managing complex hardware‑software integrations and robotics testing environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality analysis and metric‑driven optimization.
