Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex robotics and autonomy programs.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and researchers.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Communicate program status, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, specifically within robotics or autonomy.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and hardware integration.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
