- Lead and manage technical programs within the research division, focusing on AI and Voice AI technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including researchers and engineers, to ensure project success.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for research initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between research teams and product development.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies for research and development processes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of research roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in AI or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
- Experience with API development and cloud computing platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
