Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end release process for mission autonomy software and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure timely and successful releases.
- Define and implement release management best practices and processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases and deployments.
- Communicate release status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the release engineering pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, with a focus on release management.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with systems engineering and complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with defense technology or autonomy systems is a plus.
