We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate our programs inside Applied AI. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across research and development, engineering and production, business partners, and platform teams, ensuring our AI initiatives move from concept to deployment seamlessly and on schedule.
This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.

Your responsibilities include:
Program & Project Management
Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions
Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
Manage project tracking, workflows, and reporting using Jira
Ensure timely delivery against commitments while balancing scope, resources, and quality
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
Serve as the primary liaison between: Research & Development teams (model development, experimentation), Engineering & Production teams (deployment, scaling, monitoring), Business Partners (Credit Risk, Fraud Operations), Platform Teams (infrastructure, MLOps, data engineering)
Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Executive Communication & Reporting
Prepare clear, concise written updates and reports for senior leadership
Lead presentations to executives on program status, risks, and strategic decisions
Communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels
AI Lifecycle Support
Support initiatives across the AI/ML lifecycle: research, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with teams to ensure production readiness and ongoing model performance
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI delivery processes and best practices
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
5+ years in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or data-driven environments
Strong foundation in project management fundamentals and methodologies
