- Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs related to inference and training infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Research, and Engineering teams.
- Translate ambitious technical roadmaps into tangible product releases.
- Coordinate efforts across kernel teams and distributed systems development.
- Ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives from conception to launch.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among diverse technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inference and training infrastructure.
- Experience with distributed systems and kernel development concepts.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
