Technical Program Manager - Radar - Anduril Industries

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of complex radar system development programs.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Communicate program status and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of radar systems, including design, development, and testing.
• Experience with systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
